Where documents exist, we review them before a listing is marked verified. Where they do not, we say so plainly instead of hiding it.
No public contact details
Seller names and numbers are never published. Buyers reach sellers only through us, and only once both sides agree to proceed.
Video walkthroughs
Diaspora buyers who cannot travel can request a live video walkthrough with a local representative before committing.
Written terms
Price, payment method, and transfer steps are agreed in writing before any money moves in either direction.
