sadëkk does not share seller contact information with buyers or any third party without explicit confirmation of a transaction.
Data Collected
When you submit an inquiry we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, purchase timeline, intended payment method, and any message you write. When you submit a property we collect your contact details, your relationship to the property, the property details you provide, and the file names of the photographs you upload. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Purpose
We use this information for one purpose: to facilitate the transaction you asked us about. Inquiry details are used to assess your requirements and to relay a summary to the relevant seller. Listing details are used to review, publish, and market your property. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.
Retention
Inquiry and listing records are retained for as long as the enquiry or listing is active, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards for record-keeping and dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete your records sooner at any time.
Third-Party Use
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider. Maps on listing pages are rendered with OpenStreetMap tiles, and fonts are served by Google Fonts; these providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those resources. No other third party receives your information.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered to a restricted company mailbox. Access is limited to the team members handling your enquiry or listing. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask that you never send passwords, identity document scans, or bank details through the forms on this site.
User Rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
